The road to Gibellina.

We could see the road across the valley from the ruins and Burri's concrete "creto" - it would give a good view of the ruins.

But we couldn't find the road. There was no one around to ask. We drove along a few field tracks following the topography, up over the crest of the hill, and there it was - a 100 yard stretch of road, coming from and leading nowhere.
