I agree. This is a gorgeous photograph. First two things that come to my mind are the stoa pictures/vanishing point and, with the Star Wars hype, the juxtaposition of desert and metal. Maybe desert and technology. Reminds me of Tatooine.

What did you use to get this texture? -- the blur in front and the depth and sharpness just beyond.

I've been very unnerved every time I've been to the Southwest.
